I’m writing this blogpost to highlight a current book promotion among several authors. I almost missed out on joining this one. I’ve had a bear of a time finishing book three in my current series and have been neglecting the promotional side of things in order to write.
Then I happened to click over to ‘Art of the Arcane’s’ Facebook page and caught this one just in time.
As I’ve said before, I am first and foremost a reader. I’m also among a large group of authors who are trying to bring their stories to the right readers.
So I joined this promotion because with a theme of “Angels, Demons, Gods, and Dragons” I felt it was tailor made for the first book in my Grace Finder Saga. (A series containing all of the above. ALL I say!)
And since there are still millions of folks who have yet to discover my work, I jumped while the window of opportunity was still open.
But to paraphrase an email I sent last month, please don’t think I’m pointing you to my book. If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve already joined my fellowship.
What I really want is to help other authors find new readers, and vice versa. It never hurts me a bit for a reader to like another author. One person can read several books and even across different genres. I know this because I do it.
